It is our policy to make sure that every buyer of Sue Johnson Fine Art is completely happy with their artwork purchase. In an effort to always keep clients happy, please contact us immediately upon delivery, should any issue with your new painting arise.
If for some reason, you are not happy with your original painting or print, you may return it to us within 7 days of shipment receipt for an exchange, store credit, or a full refund. Refunds / exchanges will be issued once the artwork is received back to the studio, is inspected, and is seen to be in the same pristine condition that it was in when it departed the studio. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Sue Johnson Fine Art is not responsible for orders that have been lost or stolen once delivery has been verified and confirmed through shipping carrier tracking.
